Bailey Cavalieri Partners with Ohio State Bar Association to Launch Equity and Inclusion Education Series

In 2022, Bailey Cavalieri will deepen its commitment to DEI by launching an education series designed to advance a more just, equitable, and inclusive society.

The three-part, comprehensive series begins in January and runs through May. Our partners at the Ohio State Bar Association graciously agreed to design and facilitate the series in an effort to reach firms looking to take their internal DEI efforts to the next level. We are grateful to the OSBA for lending us their support and expertise as we endeavor to fulfill our mission to act in ways that foster equity and inclusion.

All three sessions will be lead by Jocelyn Armstrong, Director of Inclusion and Outreach at the Ohio Bar. Jocelyn is an attorney and experienced DEI practitioner. Prior to joining the Ohio Bar, she was the Assistant Director and Diversity Coordinator at the Columbus Bar Association. Jocelyn’s personal mission is to advance DEI in the legal profession and broader community. In addition to her work at OSBA, she produces a podcast, Inscribing Inclusion, in her spare time.
